Policies FAQ
This local site is operated by Land Clearing Edmond.
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
This Policies FAQ is provided for general convenience and summary purposes only. It does not replace the full terms of any applicable policy, estimate, invoice, or written agreement. If there is any conflict between this FAQ and a controlling written policy or signed agreement, the controlling document will govern.
Are all payments final?
Not automatically in every situation. Because many land clearing projects involve scheduling, equipment use, labor reservations, and partially or fully completed work, refunds are not automatically available. Refund requests are reviewed based on project status, materials, work performed, and applicable law. See the Payments & Refunds Policy.
Why do you require deposits?
Deposits help reserve labor, scheduling, equipment, and project time. A deposit may be required depending on project size, scope, timing, or scheduling needs. Deposits are generally applied to the final balance, but some or all may become non-refundable once work is scheduled or resources are committed. See the Payments & Refunds Policy.
What if weather, access, or delays affect my project?
Scheduling dates are estimates unless stated otherwise in writing. Dates may shift due to weather, safety concerns, site access issues, equipment availability, or other conditions outside our control. If that happens, we will attempt to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe. See the Payments & Refunds Policy.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
For qualifying work performed and paid in full, we provide a limited workmanship warranty for one (1) year from substantial completion. If we determine that covered workmanship was defective, we may repair or re-perform the affected portion of the work. See the Limited Workmanship Warranty.
What is not covered by the workmanship warranty?
The warranty does not cover many excluded causes, including weather conditions, ground movement, drainage issues, erosion, regrowth, third-party damage, site conditions, or customer-directed decisions. Full details are listed in the Limited Workmanship Warranty.
Do materials have their own warranty?
Materials and products may be covered only to the extent of any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Natural variations in soil, vegetation, or site conditions are not guaranteed outcomes.
How do I request warranty service?
Contact us within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue and within the applicable warranty period. Include the property address, any invoice reference, photos or video, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or schedule an inspection.
Do you handle permits, utilities, or property requirements?
Unless stated in writing, customers are responsible for confirming permits, utility locations, property lines, HOA rules, and any local requirements. Customers should ensure utilities are properly marked before work begins.
What are trip or mobilization fees?
If a project is canceled or rescheduled on short notice, or if we arrive and cannot perform work due to site conditions or access issues outside our control, a reasonable trip or mobilization fee may apply. See the Payments & Refunds Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We may accept major credit cards, ACH, check, cash, or other approved payment methods. Payment terms are outlined in the Payments & Refunds Policy.
What if I have a billing concern or dispute?
Please contact us first and provide the property address, invoice reference, and a description of the concern. We will review and attempt to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe.
