Limited Workmanship Warranty
This local site is operated by Land Clearing Edmond.
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
This Limited Workmanship Warranty applies to qualifying land clearing, brush clearing, tree clearing, lot preparation, property cleanup, or related workmanship performed directly through this local branded site and paid in full.
This warranty is limited to workmanship only and is subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations below.
1. What Is Covered
Workmanship Coverage
Land Clearing Edmond warrants qualifying workmanship for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion of the applicable work. If we determine that covered workmanship was defective, our sole obligation, at our option, will be to correct or re-perform the affected portion of the work.
Sole Remedy
Correction or re-performance is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Workmanship Warranty. No cash refunds, credits, price reductions, or reimbursement for third-party work will be provided unless expressly agreed in writing.
Materials and Products
Materials, products, seed, erosion-control materials, gravel, soil, mulch, herbicide products, replacement parts, attachments, and similar items are covered only to the extent of any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, if any. We do not provide a separate warranty on supplier-provided materials unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Exclusions
This Limited Workmanship Warranty does not cover any condition, damage, defect, failure, regrowth, or loss caused in whole or in part by:
weather, storms, wind, hail, tornadoes, flooding, drought, freeze-thaw cycles, erosion, runoff, or other environmental conditions;
soil movement, settlement, drainage issues, standing water, slope failure, underground conditions, roots, rocks, stumps, buried debris, utilities, or hidden site conditions;
vegetation regrowth, weed growth, root systems, invasive plants, volunteer trees, seed spread, or natural property changes after clearing;
normal wear, maintenance needs, erosion, washout, settling, rutting, or surface changes after equipment access;
damage caused by vehicles, trailers, mowers, livestock, animals, vandalism, trespassing, third-party work, or later construction activity;
customer-directed work, limited-scope work, or decisions made against our recommendation;
alterations, grading, digging, planting, irrigation, construction, utility work, or other changes performed by others after completion;
government, HOA, utility, environmental, drainage, permit, or property requirements not included in the written scope of work;
cosmetic-only concerns that do not materially affect the completed scope; or
any work, materials, or services not paid in full.
3. Conditions That Void Coverage
This Limited Workmanship Warranty is void if:
the applicable invoice or balance has not been paid in full;
any person or entity other than Land Clearing Edmond performs repair, correction, modification, grading, clearing, or related work before we have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue;
we are denied reasonable access to inspect or perform warranty work;
the customer fails to provide reasonable care, drainage, or maintenance after completion; or
the claimed issue results from an excluded cause listed above.
4. Customer Care and Maintenance Requirements
After work is completed, the customer is responsible for reasonable care and maintenance, including:
maintaining proper drainage and avoiding standing water;
monitoring cleared areas for regrowth, weeds, volunteer trees, or invasive plants;
keeping vehicles, equipment, livestock, and unauthorized work away from sensitive cleared areas;
addressing erosion, washout, or drainage problems promptly;
following any site-specific care instructions provided; and
confirming any applicable HOA, city, county, environmental, utility, or property requirements.
Failure to use reasonable care and maintenance may reduce or void warranty coverage.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty review, contact Land Clearing Edmond within thirty (30) days after discovering the issue and within the applicable one-year workmanship period.
Please include:
property address;
invoice number, if available;
photos and/or video;
a brief description of the issue; and
your preferred contact information.
We may request additional information and may require an on-site inspection before determining whether coverage applies.
6. Safety Conditions
If you believe a condition may present a safety risk, avoid using the affected area and contact us promptly. Land Clearing Edmond does not assume responsibility for injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from continued use of a known or suspected unsafe condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
this Limited Workmanship Warranty is the only written workmanship warranty provided for the covered work unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing;
our total liability arising out of or related to any warranty claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific portion of work giving rise to the claim; and
we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of value, lost profits, delay damages, substitute contractor costs, or third-party costs.
Nothing in this Limited Workmanship Warranty is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Permits, Utilities, HOA, and Local Requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written scope of work, the customer remains responsible for confirming permits, property lines, easements, HOA rules, utility locations, environmental restrictions, drainage requirements, and local city or county requirements applicable to the project.
The customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing known underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, private lines, fences, property markers, drainage structures, and other site conditions before work begins.
9. Third-Party / Provider-Performed Projects
If any project is performed by an independent contractor, subcontractor, referral partner, local provider, or other third party, that party’s own warranty terms, if any, will apply unless Land Clearing Edmond expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
10. Transferability
This Limited Workmanship Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing customer and the original project location.
